Please follow the steps below to report your debit card lost or stolen.

  1. To report your debit card as lost or stolen Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm, or Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm, call 713-222-1244. If you need to contact us regarding your lost or stolen debit card outside of those hours, please call: 1-800-472-3272. This is our 24-hour toll-free after hours number. Our associates can assist with closing your card. After your card is closed, no more transactions will be authorized.
  2. Contact the credit union the next business day either by email (, or by phone (713-222-1244) to verify the most recent transactions on your account and request a new card.
  3. When you get your new card, it will have a brand new card number. Please make sure to update any recurring charges tied to your previous card number.
