Please follow the steps below to report unauthorized charges on your account.

  1. To report unauthorized transactions on your account, it is imperative that you contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us Monday through Friday from 9:00am – 5:30pm, or Saturday from 9:00am – 1:00pm, by calling 713-222-1244. If you need to contact us regarding unauthorized activity on your debit card after hours, please call: 1-800-472-3272. This is our 24-hour toll-free after hours number. Our associates can assist with closing your card. After your card is closed, no more new transactions will be authorized.
  2. Contact the credit union the next business day either by email (, or by phone (713-222-1244) to verify your most recent transactions, dispute the charges on your account and request a new card.
  3. When you get your new card, it will have a brand new card number. Please make sure to update any recurring charges tied to your previous card number.
