All logon IDs must be between 6 and 50 characters. Your logon ID currently has 5 characters or less and needs to be changed as soon as possible so we can upgrade your service.
In advance of the launch, we are asking that you update your virtual branch logon ID by following these steps:
Your login and password will remain the same*. You will then be transferred to updated terms and conditions, once you have read and accepted those you may be directed to choose/answer security questions. Once your sign in is complete you will notice things look a little different and may be in different locations. We encourage you to explore the upgraded system to see what all Virtual Branch Next can do for you!
The new platform will feature a more streamlined user interface, allow for you to initiate transfers to other members of the Credit Union, and transfer money to and from other financial institutions to Space City.
We will also launch Check Free Bill Pay which is an intuitive Bill Pay system that can provide same and next day payments for many vendors.
Over the coming months we will continue to send information about the features of your enhanced online banking experience with Virtual Branch Next.
*Please note that if your logon ID does not meet security requirements for Virtual Branch Next, we will begin contacting you via email and your virtual branch inbox to prompt you to change your logon ID starting January 2021.
1. Supported Browsers – Vendors update browsers frequently, mostly to address security issues. All users should use the current versions:

2. Existing Pop Money Users: Please note that you will need to re-enroll in our new payment service, Zelle®. Your existing payee information will not convert to Zelle. In preparation for the transition, Pop Money services will no longer work starting April 28, 2021. Zelle will be available to you beginning May 20, 2021.
